About Nori Nite
At Nori Nite, weβre bringing fresh sushi, Asian fusion flavors, and handcrafted drinks to Alachua in a fun and welcoming space. From casual dinners to nights out with friends, we want every visit to feel exciting, memorable, and full of great food.
Located at 14960 Main St, Alachua, FL 32615, Nori Nite operates as a japanese serving Alachua in Florida. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as asian fusion restaurant, so it may cover more than the name suggests.
Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Alachua, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across Florida run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.
The business lists hours on 2 days of the week. Typical hours are 11 AMβ3 PM. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach Nori Nite at (386) 588-3288; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions.
Customers rate it 4.9 out of 5 on Google across 230 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded japanese & sushi in Alachua.
Alachua is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Traffic in Alachua peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This was my first time at Nori Nite, and I was beyond impressed! I had the Red Coconut Curry, and it was hands down the best I have ever had. Absolutely delicious β I highly recommend it! Edward was my server, and he was wonderful. He was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and overall provided excellent service. The food came out quickly, everything was fresh and flavorful, and the atmosphere was great. Such a wonderful first experience at Nori Nite. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend! βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ

Newer establishment. Visited during a soft opening and limited menu. The service was very good, got to meet one of the owners who was also helping serve. The Pad Thai was very good and I could not recall the name of the other meal in the picture but that was excellent and has a bit of a spicy kick. Would I be back? Absolutely. Great food set in a small but beautiful downtown Alachua.

Well this is one of those difficult ones as they are still testing menu ideas. First of all the place looks fantastic, I was told the owner made the lamps himself at his shop. Modern but not over the top I would say. Full bar and divided more like into 2 sections. The prices seemed a bit high but the quality and quantity of the Hibachi was excellent ( I always say more rice but that's personal preference). The rolls we good but only 2 of them ( yes it had shrimp). The salad had an amazing dressing plus the rolls didn't disappoint, they were fresh and presentation was good. I hope the add miso soup and not just the clear one served. Overall yes I will come back for more. What you expect when you drive into Gainesville but in our own backyard.

We tried the sake flight, egg rolls, side salad, Philadelphia roll, veggie roll and House of Nori roll. Would recommend all!! Check it out and go support Oulay and his crew!

Itβs so nice to visit a new restaurant that not only has great food, easy parking but staff that are excited to serve you. We went for lunch today, the menu is still evolving. We were promptly seated and given plenty of time to look at the menu and ask questions before ordering. Our lunch came in the amount of time one would expect if they were making your order. It was well presented and SO GOOD we ordered another roll before we were willing to call it done. We did not get to try out the βmixologistβ who oversees the bar operation. This was a great spot to meet for lunch, I would enjoy dinner her or just drinks and some βappetizersβ at the end of the day.
